Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please send us an email and let us know why you are unhappy. We will find the best solution for you, whether that’s a full refund or store credit.
The shipping cost is based on weight and destination. The amount will be visible in checkout once you have completed the necessary steps to finalize your order. We also offer local pickup at our facility in Farmington, New Mexico.
Interested in a custom order? We love crazy ideas! Just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, but be aware that special orders can take up to 6 weeks to make and ship.
Orders are generally fulfilled within one business day. If an item is on backorder, it may take up to a week before shipping.
