Our bracket system connects to any standard dimensional 5,6 or 7-gallon bucket and then slides onto your barbell.
Fill it with......... whatever! Sand, rocks, coins, chain, old lead wheel weights, recycled fire sprinkler heads, kettlebells, dumbells, nuts, and bolts.....you get the idea!
We used play sand and flood sandbags to make 45s, 35s, 25s, 15s & 10s. Be creative and get your lift on.
Good for static lifting, press, squats, bench press, press, deadlift (you will need to build a deficit platform to maintain proper deadlift starting height)
Not designed to be dropped. This system is not good for dynamic lifting like cleans, jerks, snatches, etc. If you need droppable weight, check out our junkyard dog adapters
